A new global PUBG Mobile tournament has been announced. The event known as the PUBG Mobile World Invitational is set to take place as soon as this weekend and has been created alongside Gamers without Borders, so that the winning teams, who will get a share of the $3 million prize pool, can distribute their winnings to a range of humanitarian aid organisations.
Set between July 22 and July 25, the event will b e split into two regions, the PMWI East and the PMWI West, where each region will get $1.5 million to distribute to the winners.
There will be 32 teams in total competing in the tournament, where the rosters will face each other across 20 matches over the maps of Erangel, Sanhok, and Miramar. As for the sponsors who are lined-up to represent the event, OnePlus has been signed up, and so has Nimo TV, who is regarded as the media partner for the tournament.
