Action-RPG Hellpoint has been announced

Quebec-based developer Cradle Games and publisher tinyBuild have announced action-RPG Hellpoint. In spite of the name, this isn't your typical Diablo clone as it offers more of a sci-fi setting with hellish undertones, and the gameplay appears to akin to the Souls series, at least to some extent. Not opting for a mere post-apocalyptic scenario, Hellpoint instead offers an adventure "set in the aftermath of a massive quantic cataclysm". There will be multiplayer, and the developers tease an innovative "new game plus" system that will let you discover all the secrets of Hellpoint.

The game is in development for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One and is planned for release next year.
