Amazon have today announced the Champions of Fire invitational, marking the first time the mammoth company are dipping their toes into esports. The Champions of Fire Invitational is to be focused on casual mobile gaming, and will see 16 celebrity streamers take each other on across five different games for a share of a $100,000 cash prize.

The event will take place on 2 December at Paris Las Vegas, and will include Twitch stars like Boxbox, Professor Broman, Northernlion, and more. The games featured will be several bestselling casual mobile games; Disney Crossy Road, Pac-Man 256, Bloons TD Battles, 8-Ball Pool, and Fruit Ninja Tournament edition.

The event will be streamed on Twitch here, but the most dedicated fans, who will want to see some of their favourite internet personalities in person, will want to buy tickets and learn more about the event here. Which mobile games would make for good esports?
