It was Insomniac Games' Ratchet & Clank that sold the most copies at retail in the UK last week. In fact this was the best first week sales of any game in the series beating the previous best Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time by a factor of three. Last week's number one Dark Souls III drops a whopping 80 percent of its first week sales, but still manages to cling on to second, while Star Wars: Battlefront surges on the back of the Blu-Ray and DVD release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens (+177%) and claims third.

There were more new games in the charts this week. Star Fox Zero managed a respectable sixth, while Rugby Challenge 3 came in 13th and the repackaged UEFA Euro 2016 Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 (which is PES 2016 with the free Euro update in a new box) landed in 23rd.
