Troubled Canadian developer Silicon Knights can't seem to catch a break. MCV reports that they have been ordered by court to recall and destroy any games built with the Unreal tech following a lawsuit that Silicon Knights lost against Epic Games.

The games included are X-Men: Destiny, Too Human, The Sandman, Siren in the Maelstrom and The Box/Ritualyst, and Silicon Knights must also cease production on the latter unreleased/cancelled projects.

Talk about adding salt to the wounds of the developer that is reported as operating with a skeleton crew after shipping X-Men: Destiny, and failing to find a publisher for Eternal Darkness 2.

Silicon Knights have until December 10 to take care of this.

REVIEW. Written by Ingo Delinger | Gamereactor Germany

"The game has a number of fairly decent ideas that emphasise the "action" of the action-RPG framework. However, all are implemented only half-heartedly."
