The Rocket League scene mourns the departure of another of its pro players as Jordan "EyeIgnite" Stellon has announced that he will be retiring to focus on other aspects of his life.

EyeIgnite took to Twitter over the weekend to say: "So, it's about time I officially retire from RL. It's been an unreal journey playing this for so many years, from AM to PRO. Travelled the world and met so many lovely folks, but now I gotta focus on other things in life. Thank you for all the love and support over the years".

The 24-year-old has had a momentous run having played for teams, such as Team Envy and Team SoloMid since getting behind the wheel in 2016. He has reportedly earnt $106,426 in prize funds during his time playing Rocket League, which should give him ample funds to springboard his next venture, whatever that might be.

We wish EyeIgnite the best in whatever he has lined up next.

Thanks, Dot Esports.
