Fnatic replaces pieliedie with 343 on their Dota 2 team

Esports organisation Fnatic's Dota 2 page has revealed that they have benched their player Johan 'pieliedie' Åström in favour of Adam '343' Shah at the StarLadder Invitational Minor tournament, starting tomorrow.

The Facebook post claims that this move was made to "further develop the team's cohesion and shot calling," and that pieliedie is only temporarily in this sub position. We don't know where these changes will go from here, but do you think 343 can do a good job at the Invitational?
