Esports organisation Immortals has revealed that it has signed a Rainbow Six: Siege team from Brazil, who will now be competing in the Rainbow Six Pro League esports competition, representing the first expansion into Latin America and is part of a wider deal between Immortals and Ubisoft.

The team will wear the Immortals logo, but they'll still be based in Brazil, or São Paulo more specifically. The team itself includes Jaime 'Cyb3r' Pereira Ramos Júnior; Matheus 'Px' Freire Mesquita; Daniel 'Novys' Pinto Coelho Novy; Diogo 'D1OGO' Fernandes De Souza Vieira; and Leone 'oNe' Kayque de oliveira, with Lucas 'yuuK' Rodrigues as a coach.

"We are thrilled to enter the Brazilian esports scene," said Noah Whinston, CEO of Immortals.
"The Brazilian market is characterized by intensely passionate fans, great esports brands and
events, and highly skilled players, which makes it an ideal market for our organization to target
and prioritise. We look forward to competing in the 'Rainbow Six: Siege' Pro League and making a mark in Brazil for years to come."

Ubisoft will also now feature Immortals branded items in-game, including a skin and charm, just like with other esports organisations. Immortals' own partnership with Razer is also being put to good use here too, as the team will use Razer equipment.

Is investing in Siege a wise move?
