Activision made a lot of fans happy when they released Crash Bandicoot: Nsane Trilogy, but now they've whetted people's appetites the fans crave more. And it looks like we might be getting more, in the shape of Crash Team Racing that is.
This is currently just a rumour, but it has a couple of legs to stand on. Firstly, a unofficial but still fairly big Crash Bandicoot: Nsane Trilogy Facebook page recently changed its cover photo to something that looks suspiciously like a racing flag, AND more importantly PlayStation Access host Hollie Bennet received this in the mail, according to a tweet:
Yup, that's a pair of fuzzy dice in Crash Bandicoot's iconic fur colour, meant for hanging in a rearview mirror, in a racing car perhaps? Whatever it is Activision is planning, all will be revealed at The Game Awards. But given the massive commercial success of the Nsane Trilogy we'd be surprised if Activision didn't go for what appears to be some rather low hanging fruit in the shape of Crash Team Racing.
What are you hoping for?
