Following the announcement of Pete Vlastelica stepping down as the Overwatch League's Commissioner, Activision Blizzard has revealed who will be taking over his duties.
In a completely new role titled, "Head of Leagues", Call of Duty League Commissioner Johanna Faries will reportedly be taking up the mantle, with the new responsibility of overseeing operations for both leagues. Faries is also expected to be overseeing team and broadcast operations, as well as being both league's administrator.
Teams and owners are sourced to be aware of the change in position, as a report from The Esports Observer details.
