We talked to Tiny Build's Yulia Burtis while attending a (peaceful) rooftop party at E3, and there we discussed the mass murder coming in Party Hard.
"Party Hard is a game about getting great sleep," Burtis explained, "because it's 3AM in the night and your neighbours are partying really hard, so you have to do something about it. So you get into their party, and you start killing off people one by one."
Pinokl's quirky title was originally conceived during a game jam, and after getting picked up by Tiny Build and expanded by the developers, it's heading to Steam later this year, and then likely to console and mobile thereafter.
