Konami recently issued their financial report for fiscal 2013 (ending March 31, 2013). Overall both revenue (226 billion yen) and operating income (13.2 billion yen) fell when compared to fiscal 2012.

The also reported some sales numbers and while not divided into individual games they announced they had sold 3.15 million copies of Metal Gear titles in fiscal 2013. That includes Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance released earlier this year, as well as various constellations and individual HD remakes of older titles.

Europe was Konami's biggest market 4.87 million units sold compared to Japan's 4.04 and North America's 4.44 million, while soccer or football as we like to call it remains Konami's most important business with 6.15 million units sold for the Pro Evolution/Winning Eleven series (almost half of Konami's video games sales in 2013).
