The Los Angeles Gladiators has dropped Finnish support line duo, Benjamin "BigGoose" Isohanni and Jonas "Shaz" Suovaara. The unexpected news came last night, shocking fans across the Overwatch League.

BigGoose and Shaz have played for the Gladiators for over three years at this point, joining the roster during the League's Inaugural Season. Since then, the support line duo have competed in several playoffs events, only missing this year, due to a less than desirable regular season.

BigGoose commented on the situation on Twitter. "Been an amazing journey across the last 3 years and got to meet awesome people through my time at the Gladiators. As for the future, I will be retiring from Overwatch as a player, and will take some time to think what's next on the radar."

Shaz also made a statement on Twitter. "I want to thank Gladiators for giving me the opportunity to grow as a player and a person. Had a lot of fun and memorable moments over the last 3 years with the team. Going to take some time to think about what I will do next."

The Gladiators are now in the market for an entire support core, with no active support players currently residing on the roster.
