Streaming platform Mixer has revealed that it has entered into a partnership with developer Hi-Rez Studios to exclusively stream both the Smite Pro League (SPL) and Smite Console Series (SCS) competitions, both of which will be part of Smite's upcoming Season 5
This season of the SPL will start on March 20 at 13:00 EST (18:00 GMT), while the SCS starts on March 5 before continuing every Monday at the same time. "Smite Pro League broadcasts will implement Mixer's unique co-streaming technology to bring fans more camera angles, perspectives and views," Mixer writes. "This multicast experience enables you to customize your viewing experience by choosing supplemental feeds that enhance the main broadcast."
Mixer has worked with Hi-Rez in the past, as the Paladins Console Series was exclusive to the platform too, but now it's Smite's turn to be shared, which you can watch on Mixer's website. Do you think Mixer is a good choice for Smite?
