The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Warner has been having some troubles during the last year, at least in the box office, but the video game business keeps soaring and will most likely end up providing 10% of the studio's annual total for 2015.
Batman: Arkham Knight and Mortal Kombat X are the main reasons for this respectable contribution, and both games have sold well over five million copies each. Another huge hit for Warner is Lego Jurassic World, which has sold more than 4 million copies.
It's fairly safe to assume that all these three titles will continue to do well during the autumn and into the holidays, and there are also exciting new DLC plans for the future that'll probably will result in new releases of so called "Complete Editions". And don't forget the potential money spinner that is Lego Dimensions.
