Intel Extreme Masters Cologne 2021 has now concluded, after a few weeks of competition that brought some of the best teams in the entire world together to compete in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. The event that featured a $400,000 cash prize going to the winner as well as a bunch of ESL Pro Tour and BLAST Premier points saw Natus Vincere and G2 Esports make it to the grand final that took place on Sunday, July 18.
After a dominant tournament that saw NA'VI drop only three maps up to the final, the team managed to defeat G2 in the finals 3-0, in a series that while competitive saw Na'Vi in control for most of the game.
The win means that the next major event to look forward to in the CS:GO calendar is the ESL Pro League Season 14 and then BLAST Premier: Fall 2021, as the next big Majors are slated for this winter.
