The team was successful in French Siege events, but couldn't quite crack the European scene.

PENTA Sports has released its all-French Rainbow Six Siege roster. The announcement made over Twitter details that the organisation decided to move on from the team due to their lack of success making it back to the European League, despite success in the French Siege scene.

The post reads as follows; "Today we say goodbye to our Rainbow Six PC team. While the team achieved success in the French competitions, we haven't been able to reach our main goal of getting back to the European League. Thank you for all your hard work and we wish you the best."

This PENTA roster couldn't quite live up to the standards of its former self, back when PENTA won the Six Invitational in 2018. Since then, the organisation has been looking to reflect that performance unsuccessfully, following a 9-12th result in the Six Invitational 2019, and not even qualifying for the 2020 Six Invitational.

We don't know who will be joining PENTA's next Rainbow Six Siege line-up at the moment, but who would you like to see become part of the organisation?

"It's in competitive multiplayer where the game shines. The matches are short, intense and always surprising."
