Those wanting to be stealthy in VR should be looking forward to nDreams' Phantom: Covert Ops, a game which also adds action to the mix as you fill the shoes of a secret operative, but the developer has revealed that it's actually been delayed to 2020.
"Everyone at nDreams has been overwhelmed by the response and awards Phantom has received since we announced it. It's been fantastic to see how many people are excited by the game, and we're committed to delivering the best stealth-action experience possible in VR," the press release reads.
"In order to do this, we've decided to move our release date into 2020, and we'll be announcing more about this in the coming months. In the meantime, we appreciate everybody's patience - we promise it will be worth the wait."
It's not all bad news though, as we also get the first trailer for Phantom: Covert Ops running on the Oculus Rift, as you can see below. This promises to make use out of the power that a PC provides, albeit with the same gameplay experience as the Oculus Quest version.
Lastly, nDreams has also revealed that the game will support both Oculus Link and Cross Buy when it launches.
