The Intel Extreme Masters event will return to Sydney from May 1 to 6, and we already know the first two teams invited to the competition, as the IEM Twitter account has confirmed that SK Gaming will be returning to defend their title, while FaZe Clan will be coming to Australia to try and clinch the title for themselves.

SK Gaming's win last year will no doubt put them as the favourites for many, although this time there's $250,000 USD at stake, and the number of teams attending has risen to 16, up from eight last year. Also, as reported by HLTV, tickets are now on sale, and you can find them right here.

Do you think SK Gaming can retain their title?
