MAD Lions has revealed that it has benched Teodor "SPELLAN" Nikolov from its CS:GO squad. SPELLAN had been with the team since this April and had represented them in events such as Domination League Season 2 where the team finished fourth and GameGune 23 where they were able to win the grand prize of €5,000.

Posting on Twitter, the team said: "[SPELLAN] has been benched and is cleared to explore offers from other organizations. We would like to thank Spellan for his time with us and wish him the best of luck going forward." They also concluded by saying that fans should stay tuned for more updates within the near future.

In a statement of his own, SPELLAN admitted: "I have to mention that i never really felt comfortable in the team ingame and didnt really have the chance to lead the game the way im used to ,so it affected my confidence and performance during my stay here."
