Spelunky 2 to hit PC a few weeks after PS4

The Steam page is up and running for Mossmouth's anticipated platformer.

We got to see a lot more of Spelunky 2 during a a Sony event earlier this month, and the game is landing first on PlayStation 4 on September 15. If you're on PC and you've been wondering when the game will make it onto your platform of choice, now we know that the PC launch of the much-anticipated sequel shouldn't be too far behind its console counterpart.

As confirmed over on Twitter, the game's Steam page is up and running. More importantly, the update confirms that the PC release isn't too far off, with game director Derek Yu stating that the studio is "aiming to get the game out on Steam no later than a few weeks after our September 15th PS4 launch date."
