Star Renegades shares new 2DX Gameplay Trailer

We've talked about Massive Damage's squad-based roguelite Star Renegades before, but the Halcyon 6 creators have now released a brand new trailer that's all about the 2DX visuals, complimenting the gameplay that mixes turn-based combat with tactical strategy.

You can see what we mean by the visual style in the trailer and new screens below, and in the game we can expect to join the rebellion against The Imperium, using a squad of rebels to unlock combos and maybe even romance in the process.

Steam lists the release date as early 2020, so there's not too long to wait until we can get our hands on the game. Do you like the visual style?
