Team Vitality has announced its revamped Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster, with this team consisting of several competitive veterans. Regarded as a "powerhouse" team, the organisation has brought on three stars from Astralis to ensure its team has the best chance in the upcoming year of competition.

Revealed in a blog post, the new iteration of Vitality comes as part of a €50M investment from Rewired.gg, spread over the next three years, which is designed to create "European super teams" with the potential to win trophies.

"This scale of talent investment has never been seen in esports before and I am honoured to be leading the charge with these rosters which have the potential to make history in Europe and beyond," said, Fabien "Neo" Devide, co-founder and esports director at Team Vitality. "Since the beginning of our entrance into CS:GO, we have been working with intensity to get to the top and nurture some of the best talent France has to offer. It's now time to think internationally and create a new CS:GO culture of European talent with legacy athletes."

As for who makes up this new Vitality, the organisation has maintained Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut, Kevin "Misutaaa" Rabier, and Dan "apEX" Madesclaire, but has bolstered its roster by bringing in Peter "dupreeh" Rothmann Rasmussen and Emil "magisk" Hoffmann Reif to star alongside, with Danny "zonic" Sørensen set to coach the team. As part of these signings, Vitality did also reveal that Jayson "Kyojin" Nguyen Van will be remaining on the team, but will operate as a substitute if necessary.
