With one month to go before the doors open at Gamescom 2017 in Cologne, game publishers have started to tease their line-ups for the expo. Today it's THQ Nordic's turn, who have revealed that they have no less than eight games ready to go. Two of these are yet to be announced, but the other six are Elex, Battle Chasers: Nightwar, Spellforce 3, Aquanox: Deep Descent, The Guild 3, and Wreckfest.

In the same press release they also reveal that one of the unannounced games is an open world post-apocalyptic kung fu RPG, which should mean that it's not tied to any of their existing franchises.

You might have noticed there's no mention of Darksiders III, and since it's already confirmed we don't expect to see it in Germany. Is the kung fu RPG the game that's most interesting here though?

REVIEW. Written by Kieran Harris

"It had us firmly hooked with its blend of fantasy and sci-fi RPG elements, but an overall the lack of polish held it back."
