Titanfall 2's day one patch is only 88 MB

An unusually small size for such a patch.

Respawn Entertainment's CEO Vince Zampella has announced on Twitter that Titanfall 2's launch is not pestered by a huge patch download. According to Zampella, the first day patch is only 88 megabytes and should be done before you can even break out your Doritos and Mountain Dew.

"Clear some space on your hd, the #Titanfall2 day one patch is... 88MB," he tweeted.

Titanfall 2 will arrive on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Stay tuned to Gamereactor, as our review will be out later today. What are your thoughts on day one patches?
